Dear Airline Soekarno,

This letter generated from recent experiences bothering me while traveling on your flight. On May 17th, I traveled a flight from Jakarta to Bali. When I arrived at baggage claim, after several minutes of waiting, I discover that my suitcase in the baggage lost. I immediately contacted the baggage claim told me that my luggage would arrive on the next plane. That was more than time since the suitcase had been lost.

I was told that I should expect compensation in the day Thursday from May 19th you receive my claim form. two days after the claim form is received. I have spent many hours filling out the form and on the phone begging for a resolution. I really could not look after it and after receiving this letter I expect direct compensation.

Many items were lost during this flight irreplaceable. I have attached a list of equipment that is lost along with what I feel to be the fair market replacement cost. Please contact me at the phone number above to discuss the compensation required to right this wrong.

Dear Mr. Anggih

First, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your letter dated May 19. This is due to the technical inspection is required before we can give a satisfactory answer.

Once we learn of your problem when making a flight at the airport of Soekarno, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our airport official negligence when performing work, oversight was due to busy flights at the airport we were at the time and cause dropping your luggage at our airport. About losing items in your suitcase, now we're checking the security officer, and soon we will complete the investigation and promptly provide information about the items in your suitcase is lost. Caused by not yet completed our investigation, we could not do on your compensation. We hope you can be patient for a few days, until our security forces completed the investigation.

We hope that now you know the full facts in this case, we sympathize with you and so sorry you are experiencing difficulties. However, we call on you to be patient a few days away, and we will contact you after the investigation is complete. Given these events, we will further improve the quality of service, officers, and our security forces.
